National Hotel Insurance Program

SA Genatt provides national insurance programs for the hotel and hospitality industry to brokers countrywide. Our national hotel insurance program currently covers more than 7,000 hotels with worldwide programs designed for the hospitality and leisure industries.

We are an exclusive program manager for the Zurich Insurance Company. We also have many other carriers that will accept accounts that do not qualify for our program.

Submission Requirements

In order to provide the best products and services, hotel and hospitality applications must include:

• Minimum premium of $25,000.
• Accord forms.
• HLI Location Supplemental Application (for each location).
• Restaurant Supplemental Application (if applicable).
• High Rise Supplemental Application (if more than 4 stories).
• Liquor Legal Application (if coverage is required).
• AIG Pollution Legal Liability Application (if coverage is required).
• AIG Environmental Application Addendum – Mold Questionnaire (if coverage is required).
• Employee Practice Liability Insurance Application (if coverage is required).
• Fidelity and Deposit Crime Application (if more than $25,000 in coverage is needed).
• 3-5 year currently valued, hard copy loss history with summary attached.
